ATM cons go high-tech with cigarette-sized skimmer

The Nation: Two Frenchmen were arrested in Thailand for stealing ATM-card information, cloning the stolen cards and then selling them to people in Europe. The conmen used one of the smallest skimmers in the world - and the first seen in Thailand - to copy card information. The skimmer is as long as a cigarette and only a car-key's width.
