ATM Authority, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based IAD, has announced its new financial services partnership with NCR Corp. Under the partnership agreement, ATM Authority will serve as a sales consultant for APTRA Interactive Teller buyers in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.
ATM Authority LLC has a history of consulting with FIs in the Midwest and has expertise in the areas of video-teller banking and ATM strategies, the company said in a news announcement.
Financial institutions looking to improve consumer experience, operate more efficient branches and improve their bottom lines, will benefit from this new technology resource.
"Finally, there is a solution that will truly change not only the way a traditional branch looks, but also the way it delivers services," said Terrina Rishel, president and CEO of ATM Authority.
"Our partnership with NCR will allow us to provide best-in-class technology such as the NCR APTRA Interactive Teller solution. Our main focus is to assist our customers with strategies that improve their bottom line and [help them] achieve greater consumer engagement through new, cutting-edge branch transformation solutions."
ATM Authority said that bank consumers can expect to see more FIs embracing video teller devices, which will ultimately benefit them with extended service hours and faster, more efficient transactions.
The company said its solutions will allow the public to perform banking when and banking to be performed when and where the public chooses — offering access to a "live" person even when the brick and mortar branch is closed.
