ATM America to sell NexTran ATMs

February 23, 2003

SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. -- NexTran Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of South Korea's Chungho ComNet Co., says that Columbia, S.C.-based ATM America has become a NexTran master distributor following its commitment to purchase up to 500 NexTran machines a year.

Tony Park, NexTran's senior vice president, said the agreement represents a major step for NexTran in the building of its U.S. distribution channel. "Partnering with ATM America will bring NexTran products to ATM America's extensive network of wholesalers, distributors and retailers," Park said in a news release.

"Offering NexTran's lineup of next generation ATMs broadens our spectrum of ATM products," said Al Kelley, ATM America president, in the release. "NexTran allows us to offer flexible products that can be used anywhere from mom-and-pop groceries to full-service banks."
