APS intros Quickpay250 cash control system

The Mexican developer says that its new teller automation unit incorporates biometric ID, counterfeit note detection and advanced access control.

September 14, 2015

Automatic Payment Systems, a Mexican developer of self-service financial kiosks and software, has introduced its new Quickpay250 teller automation machine, which the company described in a press release as "an intelligent system with high tech security."

The new model incorporates biometric identification, counterfeit note detection and access control features, the company said.

The Quickpay250 connects to a real-time monitoring system, and allows the operator to control machines via a private Internet interface that provides detailed status information and operations logs.

APS said in the release that its business intelligence system allows the deployer to obtain data from local, regional and national branches with just a few clicks on either a desktop or mobile device.
