Anheuser-Busch Employees' CU streamlines service, efficiency with Alogent ImagePoint Suite

Alogent a provider of payment processing, content management and digital banking solutions for FIs, will provide its ImagePoint document capture and processing family of solutions to the Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union.

According to a press release, the solution will help the $1.7 billion St. Louis-based CU to balance its 45 ATMs and 12 ITMs and offer true cross-channel fraud detection with the TrueChecks fraud detection product from Advanced Fraud Solutions.

"We are confident that by using the suite of Alogent solutions, we will be able to eliminate inefficiencies and detect check fraud [in] real time, which will provide for an enhanced member experience," ABECU Chief Information Officer Reggie Swanigan said in the release. "We are The implementation of ImagePoint Hub along with upgrades to our hardware will eliminate cumbersome operating processes."

Specifically, ABECU has adopted ImagePoint solutions that include:

  • ImagePoint Hub — offers a single point of convergence across multiple capture channels, applying duplicate detection, image quality analysis and integrations to proprietary and third-party databases to identify fraudulent and counterfeit items before clearing.
  • ImagePoint Integrated Teller Capture — improves member service and teller efficiency by reducing keystrokes.
  • ImagePoint ATM — leverages ATM presence to speed deposits by digitizing the entire deposit process, end-of-day pickup; improves the balancing process to increase employee efficiency.
  • ImagePoint ITM — puts real-time capture in a video teller kiosk.
  • ImagePoint X-9 Importer — interfaces with ImagePoint Hub to import third-party mobile deposit items.
  • Cross Channel Fraud Detection — integrates with AFS TrueChecks to identify and mitigates check fraud in real time.
