BOCA RATON, Fla.-- American ATM Corp. has entered into an agreement to purchase no less than 75 percent of Sistemas de Comercio Internet, S.A. of Costa Rica for $750,000.
Sistemas is finalizing the development and installation of a full service ISP and Internet credit card processing facility for commerce in Central and South America.
The processing operation will clear its credit card transactions through banks in Panama which will issue Visa debit and credit cards and provide custom branded prepaid and secured Affinity Cards.
American ATM installs, operates and maintains ATMs in off-site locations such as entertainment facilities, schools and high traffic industrial locations.
