CR2's BankWorld platform will allow Ameriabank to offer advanced banking services 24/7 through any self-service channel, the company says.

Ameriabank, an Armenian FI, and CR2, an Irish company specializing in financial services software, have entered an agreement to introduce a new BankWorld omnichannel banking platform at Ameriabank.
According to a press release, the BankWorld platform will allow Ameriabank to offer advanced banking services on a 24/7 basis through self-service channels including ATMs, kiosks, the Internet and mobile banking.
These banking channels will be unified on a single platform to offer customers standardized access to all services on the device of their choice.

"This initiative is aimed at fulfillment of one of Ameriabank's strategic goals — offering our clients [a] fully fledged package of modern self-service and remote banking solutions by using cutting edge technologies," said Artak Hanesyan, chairman of the Ameriabank management board. "This new software will open new horizons for remote banking and self-service software users and contribute to the development of remote banking culture in Armenia."
