October 24, 2006

BETHESDA, Md. - Allpoint Network, America's largest surcharge-free ATM network, has signed nine Arizona credit unions to its network.

Phoenix-based Arizona FCU, with $1.5 billion in assets, anchored eight other Arizona credit unions to provide nationwide surcharge-free ATM access to their members. The group of Arizona credit unions joining Arizona FCU includes: Vantage West FCU, $861 million; Sun West FCU, $255 million; Deer Valley Credit Union, $243 million; Altier CU, $189 million; Canyon State CU, $148 million; Tucson Old Pueblo CU, $148 million; Pinal County FCU, $65 million; and Tucson Telco FCU, $29 million.

"This partnership is a testament to the credit union movement," said Ben Psillas, Allpoint's president. "By all nine credit unions joining forces to partner with Allpoint, participating Arizona members not only receive unparalleled nationwide surcharge-free access, but also significant cost savings."

Allpoint provides the group of Arizona credit unions more than 400 surcharge-free ATMs across Arizona located at convenient retailers such as Target and Costco.

"We are committed to increasing the value of credit union membership for both our members and members of other credit unions and Allpoint Network is critical to our value proposition," said Ron Westad, Arizona FCU's president and chief executive.

With the addition of Allpoint, Arizona FCU members have access to 57,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.

The Allpoint Network includes more than 32,000 surcharge-free ATMs.
