Access One launches ATM Biz App for smartphones

Access One ATM, a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based IAD, has unveiled its ATM Biz App, a smartphone application that allows Access One customers to manage their ATMs on both the Apple iOS and Google Android platforms.

According to an announcement from the company, the ATM Biz App places streamlined ATM reporting and monitoring literally in the customer's hands, with tools such as ATM error code lookup, real time transactions, transaction and portfolio history reports, vault cash forecasting and more.

"We want to make it increasingly convenient for our customers to get ATM reporting and monitoring," said George Sarantopoulos, CEO of Access One ATM. "The world is going mobile, and this is where we want to be as a company."
