Fiserv Inc., a provider of financial services technology solutions, has announced details of four recent core account processing conversions for four credit unions — each using a different solution.
Abri Credit Union, a long-time Fiserv partner, adopted the XP2 account processing solution from Fiserv that features workflow customization, a focus on service and quantifiable results. The platform's non-program language-based architecture allowed Abri to train its employees on XP2 in a highly customized way.
MidFlorida Credit Union, a $2.1 billion FI, selected DNA, a 24/7 real-time platform that provides a 360-degree view of member relationships. DNA will allow the CU to scale with its growth ambitions.
"The flexibility of the platform and the comprehensive solution set offers MidFlorida the opportunity to gain efficiency and automation as it continues to grow for years to come," said Steve Cameron, president of the Open Solutions division at Fiserv.
Southeast Federal Credit Union chose Portico for its new account processing platform. The solution integrates easily with Fiserv software already in use and its applications service provider model helps get the projet off the ground quickly.
Wauna Credit Union selected CUnify, which features fully open architecture that enables the flexibility, functionality, and in-house management Wauna required.
