Patricia O'Donnell, senior vice president at Key Bank, discusses the challenges that financial institutions confront daily as they work to mitigate the constant, evolving threat of cybercrime.

Ask a group of bank executives what keeps them up at night, and you can be sure that cybersecurity will be at the top of the list — or very close to it — for every single one of them.
"We all have extraordinary concern about improving our cybersecurity," Patricia O'Donnell, senior vice president at Key Bank, said in a video interview at the 2017 Bank Customer Experience Summit in Chicago. "The bank is looking to make sure that we have the highest level of protection that we can, relative to protecting our information and that of our clients."
In a conversation with Tim Tang, director of enterprise solutions at Hughes Network Systems, O'Donnell spoke in depth about front-burner cybersecurity issues and how Key Bank mitigates the constant and evolving threat they present. O'Donnell and Tang also talked about the use of data in branch transformation and omnichannel banking to enable more personalized and productive customer interactions.
Registration is now open for the 2018 Bank Customer Experience Summit, Sept. 12–14, in Chicago. The agenda is set, and we are lining up speakers for the event.
