ATM Future Trends: IT investments at banks are watched closely

Debbie Bianucci, the chief executive of BAI, says financial institutions are watching expenses and investments in software, hardware and IT generally much more closely than they did 12 months ago. Buying decisions are made at the top, and the decision-making cycle is much longer than it used to be.
