An RTM is a Retail-Teller-Machine that works just like an ATM. Instead of dispensing cash, the RTM prints a secure voucher that is exchanged for cash. RTMs are located inside any store and provide a full range of banking services.
RTMs are a tenth of the cost of an ATM to own and operate, so banks can have them everywhere. Banks can now connect with more customers in more places without expensive branches. And the RTM runs the same software as ATMs.
Consumers can now access their accounts and get cash more conveniently and securely.
