As the global threat landscape continues to evolve, the self-service channel remains at the forefront of security risks - both persistent and emerging. A recurring theme is the exploitation of basic, less complex attack vectors, such as jackpotting, underscoring the necessity for robust, basic security measures at the ATM. On the other hand, financial institutions (FIs) need to prepare for future risks posed by quantum computing. Assistant Special Agent in Charge Gregory Naranjo has dedicated 28 of his 31 years in law enforcement to the U.S. Secret Service. Currently, he oversees investigations in Southeast Florida, covering nine counties, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. ASAIC Naranjo has led several successful multi-district transnational financial and cyber investigations and has extensive experience in ATM skimming and jackpotting cases. He has been honored with the Department of Homeland Security Secretary's Gold Medal and three Secret Service Director Impact Awards. He holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and serves on the board of the Financial Institution Security Association in South Florida.

As vice president, banking hardware solutions, Jodi Neiding oversees the business and go-to-market strategies for Diebold Nixdorf's ATM systems, technologies, and foundational software. She brings 20 years of industry experience to the table and leads the integration of voice of the customer into the new product development, ensuring a sustained, customer-centric portfolio. As such, security of ATMs and ATM software is a focus point for her. Her background provides deep end-to-end product expertise and a strong emphasis on operational excellence.

Christian Beine is the Director of Product & Solution Security at Diebold Nixdorf. His team ensures the highest possible security for both banking and retail solutions across the globe starting from including security-by-design in the solution development process to industry threat intelligence and incidence response in case of attacks. He brings 12 years of experience in incident response and is DN's representative at the European Association for Secure Transactions as well as the point of contact to law enforcement to support both investigations and training.
