No longer will customers and members be confined to interacting only during bank hours or inside branch lobbies. FTSI’s Smart Lockers for Banking are a safe, secure means for delivering:

Smart Lockers for Banking can be integrated at branch locations either indoors, outdoors, or at other places convenient to where customers live or conduct daily errands, notes company founder and CEO Susan Napier. “We developed Smart Lockers for Banking as a way for our clients to deliver superior customer experiences and convenience while also allowing branches to extend hours of availability and to gain operational efficiencies. Smart Lockers are fully configurable for different size and space requirements and are available immediately for indoor and outdoor applications. An easy-to-use interface allows bank personnel to generate one-time access codes to send to emails or mobile devices and to track and maintain audit trails for when customers successfully retrieve items from a Smart Locker.

FTSI is offering special introductory pricing on Smart Lockers (10% off) from now through June 30, 2020. Standard configuration and installation lead-times are running currently at approximately four weeks.
