As Chief Commercial Officer, Ken will be instrumental in developing and executing Secure Innovation's commercial strategy, with a focus on expanding the company’s international presence and driving revenue. His extensive expertise in corporate finance will be invaluable in identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships to deliver our customer-led smart, safe and secure technologies and broadening our market reach.
A former law firm partner with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, and joint ventures, Ken is known for his ability to develop deep, trusted relationships with clients and their boards - offering pragmatic, insight-led advice that supports long-term value creation. His notable career includes helping businesses scale, restructure, and realise ambitious growth agendas across a range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, and private enterprise.
