Pat Detlefsen, an ATM industry veteran, recently retired from MetaBank after a successful career defining all facets of the ATM Sponsorship program. Pat began her financial services career with BankFirst where she was a project manager for multiple high priority projects. Detlefsen subsequently worked in the Deposit Research Design area of Precision Computer Systems, a banking software division of Fiserv. Ultimately, Metabank VP of ATM/POS Sponsorship Kendall Harsch recruited Pat to join Metabank as his direct report under the title of Senior Client Relations Manager, a role she held for 15 years before her retirement.

Pat has enjoyed more time spent with her husband and more time for hobbies. However, those who know Pat well probably knew she would need some mind challenges in retirement and ATM Partner is happy to help out in that regard. Pat is excited to join the ATM Partner team to continue to share her extensive knowledge of the ATM industry.
