FirstBank Enhances ATM Screens with Paragon ConfigBuilder™

(Holly Springs, NC— May 1, 2012) FirstBank, Tennessee's largest independently owned and operated bank, has licensed Paragon's ATM configuration management software, ConfigBuilder, to enhance its ATM configuration file development. FirstBank required a solution that would provide more control over its ATM screens and fully test its ATM load files prior to deployment.

With ConfigBuilder, FirstBank can customize its ATM screens with text, graphics, audio and multiple languages from a PC and view the screen flow with the same graphics, character sets, movies, audio files, and animation files supported by its ATMs. ConfigBuilder's realistic ATM lead-through and capture playback make it easier for FirstBank to debug, test and verify ATM configurations prior to uploading them to its ATM network.

ConfigBuilder also allows for testing and debugging of ATM configurations, which speeds up the response time for deploying new functionality."
