With self-service ATMs, Wells Fargo thinks big, but builds small

Wells Fargo introduced its "neighborhood bank" in the NoMa neighborhood in Washington, D.C. Just 1,000 square feet in size, the airy and contemporary store replaces teller windows with multi-function NCR SelfServ ATMs.
