According to a report from Inquirer News, survivors of Supertyphoon Yolanda will finally get access to much-needed cash after four ATMs are installed and booted.
The machines are actually being brought in today via military transport, and will be set up at the Land Bank of the Philippines branch in Barangay (village) Sangkahan. The report said the machines will be guarded by soldiers and police officers.
