Wyoming bank partners with Cummins Allison for new, upgradeable ATMs

April 24, 2018

Hilltop National Bank, a locally owned FI in Casper, Wyoming, recently partnered with Cummins Allison, a provider of ATMs and coin, currency and check processing solutions, for an upgrade of its ATM fleet.

According to a press release, the bank decided to replace six of its ATMs that were approaching end-of-warranty support, ultimately deciding on H34 and H48 models from Cummins Allison.

One of the deciding factors for Hilltop was the upgradability of the machines for future technologies such as automated deposit, the release said.

According to the FI, customers especially took notice of the new ATMs at one of Hilltop's higher-traffic locations.

"Two of our machines face east," said Cheryl Wedlock, Hilltop assistant vice president and bankcard services manager. "In the past when the sun shone, it made conducting transactions extremely difficult. With a super-high bright sunlight readable screen, customers don't experience that issue any longer."
