BEAVERTON, Ore. - Willoughby, Ohio-based Western Reserve Group has partnered with Solvport, LLC for technical support of their own Genesis and Vision ATMs, as well as all other machines processed through WRG.
According to a news release, Solvport will field technical support calls for WRG customers and distributors on these ATMs.
"It made sense to partner with an organization like Solvport which specializes in ATM technical support in order to better serve our customers, while decreasing expenses and increasing our level of coverage," said Jim Penza, WRG's president.
