PyraMax Bank, a Greenfield, Wisconsin-based mutual savings bank, has partnered with Fiserv to modernize its retail banking operations and create a frictionless customer experience.
The bank will use the DNA account processing platform from Fiserv with integrated mobile, online and branch banking solutions, including palm-vein biometric authentication, according to a press release.
"We had a vision of what we needed to take banking to the next level, from the front line to the back office," PyraMax CEO Richard Hurd said in the release. "Fiserv offered everything we were looking for to simplify banking — the real-time technology, the palm-vein authentication, the paperless transactions, the automation of complex tasks — and the integration to make it all work together seamlessly."
"DNA had an automated solution for every manual process that was a pain point on our current system," said Monica Baker, PyraMax senior vice president and chief brand officer. "Fiserv put us where we need to be today, and more importantly, will take us where we need to be in the years ahead."
DNA facilitates streamlined processes and provides a 360-degree view of customer relationships as well as commercial processing capabilities, the release said.
The bank will also implement Verifast Palm Authentication, a Fiserv solution that uses biometric technology to verify an accountholder's identity, mitigating fraud, reducing transaction times and making banking transactions more convenient.
