Wireless ATM Store debuts website for wireless device management

Wireless ATM Store, a subsidiary of machine and parts supplier ATM Partner Inc, has introduced CheckURBox.com, a web portal that allows operators to remotely monitor and manage their wireless devices.

Users sign in at the site for access to individualized views of their wireless ATM portfolio. They can then search devices by location, create custom fields to differentiate devices and ping wireless devices to determine their status, according to a press release.

CheckURBox.com delivers an update on the status and signal strength of a pinged device, and can perform a remote reboot of the device, if needed.

The portal also offers a full library of programming instructions for ATM models and processors. Users can view these documents online or download them as PDFs.

"Wireless ATM Store prides itself on its efforts to provide excellent customer service and is always on the look-out for new ways to make our customers' lives easier," said Wireless ATM Store President Rick Tibberino. "CheckURBox.com was created solely for that purpose and we are happy to unveil the system for client use."

According to the release, Wireless ATM Store plans to build out the CheckURBox.com platform over time to provide additional tools to assist customers.
