Wincor Nixdorf announces ATM deal with Sweden's ICA Banken

Wincor Nixdorf has announced a comprehensive IT-services agreement with ICA Banken, the retail banking subsidiary of Swedish retail group ICA.

According to a news release from Wincor Nixdorf, Wincor will provide self-service system monitoring, help desk services, software distribution and traditional hardware maintenance for ICA Banken's retail ATMs for four years. Wincor says it also will provide cash-management services for ICA Banken's 170 ATM locations.

In addition to the services agreement, Wincor Nixdorf says it will provide ICA Banken with 15 new SlimCash 200 ATMs, which Wincor says are ideal for non-branch locations with limited space.
