MOSINEE, Wis. -- Wausau Financial Systems (WFS), a provider of payment and transaction processing solutions, has signed an exclusive reseller agreement with Asimus Datensysteme AG, a provider of multifunctional color scanners based in Erlangen, Germany, which grants WFS exclusive North American distribution rights to resell the Asimus A2000 Series of color imaging production scanners.
Along with hardware reseller privileges, WFS has integrated and will offer both the Asimus A2000-C and A2000-C/H scanners to ImageRPS remittance processing and Optima3® IMS enterprise document management system users.
Dave LeBeau, vice president of marketing at WFS, said, "This partnership further endorses WFS' vision to deliver truly comprehensive information capture solutions covering all aspects of remittance processing and document management."
Ralf Neussinger, head of international sales for Asimus Datensysteme AG, said the alliance will help Asimus deliver the benefits of its scanning technology to the North American market.
