West Coast Community Bank launches following merger rebrand

West Coast Community Bank recently launched, following a merger of Santa Cruz County Bank and 1st Capital Bank in late 2024. With this rebrand, it will served communities in California including Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Luis Obispo and Santa Clara, according to a press release.

The bank has added branch signs and ATM surrounds with the branding, as well as an updated website and mobile app. There will be no changes to customer's routing number or login credentials.

"Bringing together two strong community banks under a single, unified brand has been an exciting time in our organization," Krista Snelling, president and CEO of West Coast Community Bank, said in the release. "Though our name may be new, the best-in-class team of bankers our clients and communities have depended on for more than 21 years is still here. We are committed to maintaining exceptional client service standards and community focus, which have been hallmarks of the success achieved by both banks."
