Wells Fargo selects i2i for digital services

Wells Fargo has selected i2i Logic for its Client Intelligence Platform. It will use this platform to create personalized digital experiences for its customers, according to a press release.

The platform uncovers key data benchmarks and uses them to discover customers' banking needs. With this information, Wells Fargo can deliver the right financial solution or the customer's needs.

"Wells Fargo has data that, when utilized with the right digital solutions, makes it possible to gather insights that help clients understand the banking solutions they need to grow at scale," Kiran Vuppu, head of client insights and commercial lending product management for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking, said in the release. "Not only can our commercial clients benefit from these tools, but they also create additional efficiencies for our bankers in speaking with clients."
