Washington Trust honored as healthiest employer in Rhode Island

Washington Trust has been honored as one of the healthiest employers in Rhode Island by Providence Business News. This is the fourth consecutive year the bank has earned this award, according to a press release.

The bank filled out a survey regarding their physical, financial and mental well being programs, and Healthiest Employees Inc. analyzed the response.

"At Washington Trust, our employees are the heart of everything we do. Offering a robust wellness program is one way we show that we truly value their health, happiness, and long-term success," Kristen DiSanto, senior EVP and chief human resources officer, said in the release. "When our people feel their best, they bring their best — to their work, to each other, and to the communities we serve."
