Washington thieves target retail ATM in hook and chain attack

A group of thieves stole an ATM from a Mobile gas station in Bowie, Washington. They used a hook and chain to rip the machine out of the store. A door was broken during this attack, according to a report by NBC 4.

The group entered the gas station at 2 a.m. and were able to escape with the ATM.

The area has seen multiple ATM attacks, such as when someone tried to cut open an Educational Systems Credit Union ATM at a branch.
