Virginia police on lookout for ATM thieves

Southwestern Virginian police are on the lookout for ATM thieves who recently destroyed two ATMs. The thieves destroyed one ATM at New People's Bank in Haysi but were unable to take any cash, but they were able to steal cash from a second New Peoples Bank ATM in Grundy, according to a report by WCYB.

Three people in a 2018-2022 Toyota Camry carried out the crimes, according to police. Investigators also have evidence the thieves used an F-250 pickup truck to steal from the ATMs. The investigation is ongoing.
