Vermont police investigating ATM theft spree

Local police departments in Vermont are investigating an ATM theft spree where individuals attempted to steal ATMs from drug stores. These include one at Kinney Drugs in Hinnesburg where a suspect rammed a car into the store and attempted to steal the ATM with a chain, according to a report by MyNBC5.

Other incidents include one in Burlington where someone tried to drag the ATM out of a Kinney Drugs store, and another where suspects tried to steal an ATM from a Jolley store in Ferrisburgh. In all three incidents, the suspects were unsuccessful with stealing money from the ATM.

At the moment, law enforcement believes these thefts could be connected.
