Verizon Wireless certifies JBM router

ST. LOUIS -- JBM Electronics' Gateway C200 wireless router, which provides CDMA connectivity for any legacy or IP-capable device, has been certified by Verizon Wireless for use on the wireless provider's nationwide CDMA data network.

According to a news release, this is the second certification in as many weeks for JBM Electronics' C200 product line.

"Since the launch of our C200 product line in mid-October, we've had to increase our production quantities twice, and we're still having trouble keeping up with market demand," said Dan Kennedy, JBM Electronics' vice president of sales and marketing.

With support for legacy serial, dial, and Ethernet devices, JBM can provide CDMA connectivity and its benefits -- improved transaction speeds, enhanced security and lower costs -- for any ATM or point-of-sale device.
