U.K. firm aims loyalty at emerging markets

CCS is offering partners a loyalty rewards-based prepaid Visa or MasterCard program from multiple countries. Focus regions are emerging markets such as Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
