KAMPALA, Uganda -- Uganda's Crane Bank will deploy 10 new NCRATMs, according to a report in allAfrica.com.
ATMs will be brought online beginning in April.
"The machines we have installed can be used to dispense cash and accept deposits. We also plan to innovate on off site locations and create banking points, where bank staff will always be available to assist customers with inquiries and to market the plethora of banking products offered to our customers," said Crane Bank Assistant General Manager Ajay Kumar.
Off-site locations will include Entebbe Airport, Makerere University, the Speke Hotel, Speke Resort Munyonyo and Kabira country club, according to the report.
