TSA completes acquisition of S2 Systems

OMAHA, Neb. - Transaction Systems Architects Inc., a global provider of enterprise e-payments solutions and the parent company to ACI Worldwide Inc., announced in a July 29 news release that it has completed the acquisition of S2 Systems.
