Trust Bank, a cloud-native bank in Singapore, has brought more than 450,000 customers onboard since integrating the FICO Platform, a cloud-based decisioning solution that delivers risk management with customer onboarding. Within four minutes, a bank can bring a customer on and send a credit card to their phone, according to a press release.
"A seamless and delightful customer onboarding experience was a must-have for Trust," Vishnu Thilak, head of onboarding and customer identity and access management at Trust Bank, said in the release. "New applicants are able to pre-fill almost all of the application data seamlessly using Singapore's advanced digital identity and data authentication infrastructure. This creates a highly automated digital onboarding journey for our customers."
