Truliant FCU & Diebold Nixdorf expand ATM partnership

Truliant Federal Credit Union announced a significant expansion with its ATM partner of 20 years, Diebold Nixdorf. The credit union has implemented Diebold Nixdorf's DN AllConnect Services throughout its ATM network. This service will increase ATM and branch efficiency, offer enhanced digital integration and provide members with convenient self-service banking options, according to a report in CUTimes.
It will also include transaction processing, monitoring and event management, maintenance services, security and software deployment for its entire ATM fleet.
"Through this enhanced managed services agreement, we can provide additional support to Truliant's operations, minimize disruption and make end-to-end optimization of their systems and software more efficient and profitable. Together, we're on a mission to amplify Truliant's membership through a truly consumer-centric, highly-available ATM experience," Octavio Marquez, senior vice president and managing director, banking, at Diebold Nixdorf, said in the report.
