Truist Financial Corp. has announced that Daryl Bible, CFO, will retire after a 14-year career with the company, according to a press release.
"Daryl has played an instrumental role in the success of our merger of equals — one of the largest financial services mergers in recent history," Bill Rogers, chairman and CEO, Truist, said in the release. "His leadership, commitment and expertise have greatly contributed to our success and purpose, and we all thank Daryl for his many years of service to Truist teammates, clients and communities."
Bible will stay on until Truist finds a replacement to ensure a successful transition.
