TRM completes sale of its U.K. photocopier business

PORTLAND, Ore. - TRM Corp. announced June 28 that it has closed the sale of its U.K. photocopier business, TRM Copy Centres Ltd., to U.K.-based Digital 4 Convenience Plc.

The purchase price is valued at 2.85 million pounds (U.S. $5.18 million). The U.K. copier business netted sales of approximately $4.2 million in fiscal year 2005.

According to a news release, the deal includes approximately 2,500 photocopier units and represents approximately 10 percent of TRM's photocopier units worldwide.
