TRM board member resigns

The (Portland) Business Journal: Lance Laifer, independent director and audit committee chairman of TRM Corp., has resigned from the company's board of directors. His resignation was effective April 7, but not announced by Portland-based TRM until April 13. Laifer, who joined the board in 2002, told TRM his resignation is not the result of any disagreement on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
