TRM announces changes to its board

PORTLAND, Ore. - TRM Corp. announced Sept. 15 that Jeffrey F. Brotman, the company's president and chief executive, has been named chairman of TRM's board of directors. Brotman takes the post Sept. 18.

Brotman succeeds Daniel G. Cohen, who has been a member of TRM board of directors since 1998.

Edward E. Cohen will remain chairman of the board's executive committee.

TRM also named Tony Banks to its board and appointed Richard Stern, formerly with American Tower Corp., to the role of executive vice president of corporate operations. The position takes effect Oct. 1, 2006. Ashley Dean, TRM's senior vice president for ATM products and services, has been named executive vice president of ATM business operations.

Danial Tierney remains with the company as an executive vice president responsible for photocopier-business operations.
