Transaction processor implements Gasper Vantage ATM software

AVON, Conn. - COCC, a regional transaction processor and service bureau for community financial institutions located in the northeastern United States, is implementing Gasper Corporation's latest self-service management software, Gasper Vantage.

Cecile Richard, manager of COCC's Electronic Banking Support Area, said in a news release, "We'll have a much better view of the status of the ATMs we manage and we'll be able to share that view with our clients much more readily."

Installation of Gasper Vantage took less than 40 days, Richard said. COCC intends to offer enhanced reporting to its clients this month and use of Gasper's Web browser in the fourth quarter of 2003. "The browser is really the biggest client benefit because it provides valuable performance information from the clients' desktops," she said.

"We want to reach out beyond our core processing clients and expand our client base," said COCC President and CEO Richard Leone. "We feel that by staying on the leading edge of technology we can best help our clients and distinguish ourselves in the data processing marketplace."

According to the release, COCC processes more than 7 million ATM transactions per month and manages 467 ATMs for its 120 client institutions.
