FREMONT, Calif. - Tranax Technologies, Inc. has introduced an Automated Print Depository Module as an option for its MBS5000 Series of ATMs.
Available immediately on all models of the MBS5000, the Automated Print Depository accepts envelope deposits and prints the transaction data on the envelope.
By offering an alternative to the teller line, the Automated Print Depository grants financial institutions ability to offer their customers the added convenience of self-service deposits, according to a news release. It also provides the option of accepting deposits at drive-up ATM locations.
Financial institutions have already responded favorably to the MBS5000's expanded feature offering. "The Automated Print Depository on the MBS5000 now allows us to offer our customers the ability to do deposits at the ATM, 24 hours a day," said Miriam Perez, branch manager at Boulevard Federal Credit Union in Amherst, N.Y.
The MBS5000 is available as a drive-up or walk-up ATM with individually tailored fascia configurations that ensure an ergonomic customer interface. Both models are available with rear vault access. Additionally, Tranax offers a drive-up MBS5000 with side vault access.
