Tietoevry Banking provides SaaS for IC Cash Services ATMs

Tietoevry Banking will provide its cloud-based ATM software-as-a-service to IC Cash and its subsidiary In2Retail's network of nearly 2,500 ATMs in Germany, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain and Ireland, according to a press release.
"Our partnership with IC Cash marks an important step as we bring our trusted ATM solution to Germany. For banks, ATM operators and consumers, this means more secure and efficient access to cash, supported by a robust and regulatory-compliant SaaS platform. Having already reduced costs and complexity in cash handling across the Nordics and the Netherlands, we are now well positioned to deliver the same benefits in the German market, including full support for the girocard system, which is central to the country's payment ecosystem," Mario Blazevic, managing director, Tietoevry Banking, said in the release.
The solution will help reduce cash costs and improve ATM security. The companies aim to improve the efficiency of ATM pooling solutions for financial institutions in multiple European markets.
