TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, will donate 100 books to Read USA each time the Jacksonville Jaguars score a touchdown during the NFL season as part of a program called "Touchdowns for Tomorrow."
The bank will give the books to schools during Financial Literacy Locker Room Visits and current and former Jaguars players will also read to students during these visits, according to a press release.
Read USA delivers book fairs for children in low-income communities, as well as tutoring and literacy instruction.
"We couldn't be so successful and make this kind of impact if we didn't have community leaders like TIAA Bank," Rob Kelly, CEO, Read USA, said in the release. "The more touchdowns the Jaguars score and the more donations we receive, the more our students can have a brighter future."
