TIAA Bank rebrands to EverBank, Jacksonville Jaguars stadium to be renamed

TIAA Bank is rebranding to EverBank. As part of the strategy, the stadium of the NFL team the Jacksonville Jaguars will be renamed from TIAA Bank Field to EverBank Stadium, according to a press release.
In November 2022, the parent company TIAA sold TIAA Bank to private investors to help the bank move in an independent direction. TIAA will hold a minority stake in EverBank. The transaction is expected to close later this summer, with the name change taking place officially at the same time.
"The EverBank brand has always represented forward-looking optimism, confidence and trust," Steve Fischer, president and CEO, TIAA Bank, said in the release. "Our new bank, under a new brand and the EverBank name, embraces that legacy of unmatched service and high-value products that enable our clients to reach their own definition of success."
