The Farmers Bank, based in Frankfort, Indiana, has announced all branches have been renamed financial centers to reflect the bank's commitment to offering personalized financial advice. As part of this transformation, it has also converted ATMs at several locations into ITMs, according to a press release.
The bank has redesigned several of the financial centers with a more modern design. The video services on the ATM will be available at 8 a.m., 30 minutes prior to the financial center opening and up to 6 p.m. on Fridays. Virtual center staff will provide services for the ATMs at all locations.
"As we work toward being the number one community bank in the markets we serve, it is important, now more than ever, to evaluate how we serve our customers," Chris Cook, president and CEO of The Farmers Bank, said in the release. "That means embracing our evolution, expanding access through technology like Video ATMs, enhancing software experiences, and reimagining our financial centers as spaces for deeper financial conversations. At the end of the day, it all comes back to building trust and being there for our customers."
