International Herald Tribune: More than 30,000 ATMs in Thailand will be revamped to prevent criminal gangs from stealing bank-account information. Phol Thanachote, chairman of the Automated Teller Machines' Business Community in Thailand, says special stickers will now be affixed to revamped machines to show they are safe for use. The announcement comes in the wake of a significant surge in ATM-related crimes in the country.
