FRISCO, Texas - Absolute ATM has joined the ranks of Fujitsu Transaction Solutions' business partners to market Fujitsu's ATMs to financial institutions in central and south Texas.
Under the agreement, Absolute ATM will sell, install, service and upgrade Fujitsu's Series 8000 and Series 7000 ATMs in Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. The Houston-based reseller provides ATM service and management for more than 600 machines throughout the state.
"As we continue our migration from a maintenance and management focus to full-service ATM provider, we wanted to add full-function ATMs to the range of products we sell by teaming with an experienced technology partner," said Troy LeBlanc, president of Absolute ATM.
LeBlanc added, "Fujitsu's recent partnership with Triton makes this agreement even more beneficial to us and our clients since we also resell Triton ATMs. We will soon be able to offer a single software platform that will easily integrate with both Fujitsu and Triton ATMs, reducing costs for us and the financial institutions we serve."
Fujitsu and Triton entered into a strategic licensing agreement in April through which Triton will further enhance and then deploy Fujitsu's Windows-based ATM software application, Prism, on Triton's current and next generation ATM hardware.
